Ручку нужно было делать стальную. Шестерни каленые и в корпусе со смазкой. А ещё нагрузка в виде ударов. Рукоять может увести в сторону. На доработку
А чем плохи бронзовые шестерни?

@@Alex_Foxter но тут нет таких нагрузок. Сейчас вообще во многих станках применяются пластиковые шестерни
